Effective date and contact

Information we handle

When you set a launch reminder, we store your email address, launch-reminder preference, optional product-update choice, consent time, subscription status, and the technical token required to provide a secure unsubscribe link.

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Our server may also process limited technical and security information, such as an IP address, to protect forms and services from abuse.

Why we use it

We use reminder information to provide the launch notification you requested. We send optional product updates only when you separately select that choice. We use contact information to respond to you, and limited technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics remains disabled unless you select Accept in the analytics notice. If accepted, it may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, interactions, and performance measurements to help us understand and improve the website.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Select Cookie settings in the website footer or clear this site’s browser storage to change your choice. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy terms.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers needed to operate the website, including Hostinger for hosting, database, and email services, and Google Analytics when you consent. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards and terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business reorganisation.

Retention and security

Reminder information is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward where reasonably necessary for legal, security, suppression, or record-keeping purposes. Contact messages and technical records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose and applicable obligations.

We use access controls, protected server-side credentials, secure connections, unsubscribe tokens, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may reject optional analytics and unsubscribe from reminder or product-update emails through the link in an email. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to processing of personal information associated with you.

Send a request to info@chainscap.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Children and policy changes

This coming-soon website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the website or app changes. A revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Separate and expanded disclosures will be provided before account, payment, or application services become publicly available.
